Return / Exchange Policy
ScriptureKIT, LLC will accept returns under certain conditions. Customer must contact ScriptureKIT LLC at 801-540-5165 or by email at bruceb@xmission.com BEFORE returning any product. Items are eligible for refund, credit or exchange for the same product if they are defective from use as originally intended and have not been damaged by the customer. ScriptureKIT, LLC has the right to refuse to refund, credit or exchange the product if upon return the merchandise does not qualify under the conditions above specified. In that case the merchandise will be returned to the customer.
If customers wish to refund, get a credit, or exchange an item, they may only exchange the item(s) within 60 days of the purchase. ScriptureKIT LLC will inform customer of the acceptable method of return of the product.

Inside the package containing the defective product, customers must include their original receipt, reason for refund, credit or exchange, and contact info (name, address, phone number and e-mail). This information will allow us to contact you if necessary regarding the return. If the product is defective, ScriptureKIT LLC will reimburse customer for shipping costs. No shipping costs will be reimbursed if ScriptureKIT LLC determines the product was not defective. Replacement merchandise will ship when product becomes available. If desired new item is no longer offered, you will be contacted and asked to choose another item.
